 The St. Andrew's Royal Scottish Honour Guard was founded in 1995 by 12 men and women of the St. Andrew's Society of Detroit. We saw a need within the Society for the formal presentation of colors and an official presence at other ceremonial functions. Word spread rapidly and we were soon being sought for weddings, funeral services, parades and other functions.
Today, we number some two dozen guardsmen, both men & women. Most of us are members of the St. Andrew's Society of Detroit, but we all have one thing in common; that is a love of all things Scottish. Pipers, Drummers, and Dancers are available at your request for any event.
